Individual counselling is a joint process between you and one of us (William or Esther). You may be inspired to change or improve the quality of your life. You may be coming for help with issues that are hard to face alone. Therapy can help you overcome obstacles to your well-being. It increases positive feelings, such as compassion and self-esteem. 


In counselling, you will learn skills for handling difficult situations, making healthy decisions, and reaching goals. Our intention is to make the therapeutic journey of becoming more self-aware rewarding and life-changing.
